The information on registered users will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the NorCAS event and communicating with the stakeholders before, during and after the conference. The information will be stored safely on the ConfTool server and it will not be disclosed to third parties. The TPC member and reviewer data may be transferred to the following issues of the conference. The regular user's email address may be used for promoting future events and extended publication possibilites by the organizers unless denied in writing by the user. All other user information will be destroyed within one year from the conference closing.
