The information will be stored safely on the ConfTool server and it will not be disclosed to third parties. The user accounts may be transferred to the following issues of the conference. The user's email address may be used for promoting future events and extended publication possibilities by the organisers unless denied in writing by the user. All other user information will be destroyed within one year from the conference closing.
