2:00pm - 2:30pm
DE LA MICROSCOPIE HOLOGRAPHIQUE NUMERIQUE AU DIAGNOSTIC DU TROUBLE BIPOLAIRE 1: CHUV/Université de Lausanne Suisse /Laval University /Research Center CERVO, QC, Canada; 2: Laval University /Research Center CERVO, QC, Canada; 3: Centre des neurosciences psychiatriques, Département de psychiatrie, CHUV, Suisse à venir 2:30pm - 2:45pm
WIDE-FIELD IMAGING MUELLER POLARIMETRY: A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON INTRA-OPERATIVE BRAIN TUMOR VISUALIZATION 1: CNRS Ecole polytechnique, IP Paris, France; 2: Department of Neurosurgery, Inselspital, Bern University Hospital, Switzerland; 3: Institute of Tissue Medicine and Pathology, University of Bern, Switzerland; 4: SCAN, University Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Inselspital, Bern University Hospital, University of Bern, Switzerland Real-time brain tumor delineation remains a major challenge in neurosurgery. Our wide-field imaging Mueller polarimeter visualizes brain tumor border by revealing the optical anisotropy of tumor-free white matter, arising from the presence of nerve fiber tracts and disrupted by tumor growth, in the maps of retardance and azimuth of the optical axis 2:45pm - 3:00pm
CARACTERISATION DU COUPLAGE NEUROVASCULAIRE DANS LA RETINE HUMAINE A HAUTE RESOLUTION SPATIO-TEMPORELLE 1: Institut Langevin, ESPCI Paris, CNRS, PSL Université, Paris, France; 2: DOTA, ONERA, Universit´e Paris Saclay, F-91123 Palaiseau, France; 3: Institut de la Vision, Sorbonne Universit´e, INSERM, CNRS, 17 rue Moreau, F-75012 Paris, France Nous pr´esentons une m´ethode d’imagerie in vivo du couplage neurovasculaire dans la r´etine 3:00pm - 3:15pm
AUTOMATED OCT-BASED DEEP LEARNING FRAMEWORK FOR CORNEAL LAYER SEGMENTATION AND QUANTITATIVE TRANSPARENCY ASSESSMENT AFTER PRK 1: Laboratoire d'Optique et Biosciences, École polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, France; 2: GRC 32, Transplantation et Thérapies Innovantes de la Cornée — Sorbonne Université, Centre Hospitalier National d’Ophtalmologie des Quinze-Vingts, Paris, France; 3: Centre de recherche CERVO, Université Laval, Quebec, Canada; 4: Laboratoire d'Optique Appliquée , CNRS, ENSTA Paris, École Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Palaiseau, France We present a fully automated deep learning pipeline for OCT-based corneal analysis, combining layer segmentation, volumetric stromal transparency quantification, and surface haze detection after PRK. The method provides objective, quantitative assessment with high segmentation accuracy (Dice 97.3%, ~3 µm boundary error) and 92% haze detection. 3:15pm - 3:30pm
