CONSTRUCTING AB INITO-BASED EFFECTIVE MODELS FOR MOLECULAR SPECTROSCOPY ICB, Université Bourgogne Europe, France We present a novel numerical and symmetry-based procedure for constructing an ab initio effective rotation-vibration model as an alternative to perturbation theory. This approach provides new insights into the analysis of infrared spectra of semirigid molecules such as H2CO, CHF3 or CH3CN. The case of nonrigid molecules will also be discussed. QUANTUM CORRELATION ENHANCED SPONTANEOUS RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY Laboratoire Kastler Brossel, France In this work, we exploit the quantum correlations of Stokes and antiStokes photon pairs to enhance spontaneous Raman spectroscopy, an inherently weak process based on inelastic scattering with high background levels. We illustrate the potential of these correlations for noise-suppressed Raman spectroscopy and vibrational lifetime measurements. GENERATION OF ISOLATED ATTOSECOND PULSES WITHOUT CARRIER ENVELOP PHASE STABILIZATION CNRS- Lyon1 Univ Claude Bernard, France We study the generation of isolated attosecond pulses via polarization gating. We use 7 fs pulses with random carrier envelop phase. We identify cases where the XUV emission is efficient only when isolated attosecond pulses are emitted and observe continuous XUV spectra compatible with the emission of isolated attosecond pulses. PHOTOCYCLE DE NOUVEAUX COMPLEXES FLAVO-PROTEIQUES ROUGES FLUORESCENTS PHOTO-COMMUTABLES 1Laboratoire d’Optique et Biosciences, École polytechnique, CNRS, Inserm, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, 91120 Palaiseau, France.; 2Beijing National Laboratory for Molecular Sciences, College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University, Beijing 100871, China. | |
