NANOFILS DE GAAS ORTHOGONAUX COMME SOURCE ACCORDABLE DE PHOTONS INTRIQUES EN POLARISATION 1: ETH Zurich, Department of Physics, Institute for Quantum Electronics, Optical Nanomaterial Group, Auguste-Piccard-Hof 1, 8093 Zurich, Switzerland; 2: State Key Laboratory for Precision Measurement Technology and Instruments, Department of Precision Instrument, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 3: CNRS, ECL, INSA Lyon, UCBL, CPE Lyon, INL, UMR 5270, 69130 Ecully, France Cet article présente une méthode innovante pour générer des photons intriqués en 16:00 - 16:30
ADDRESSING OUT-OF-EQUILIBRIUM DYNAMICS OF MATERIALS WITH NANOSCALE OPTICS 1: Centro de Física de Materiales CFM-MPC (CSIC-UPV/EHU), Donostia, Spain; 2: Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC), Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain; 3: Department of Electricity and Electronics, FCT-ZTF, UPV-EHU, Bilbao, Spain; 4: IKERBASQUE, Basque Foundation for Science, Bilbao, Spain The characterization of out-of-equilibrium materials is crucial for material sciences, but is often challenging to address. Here, we use theoretical nanophotonics models to present new strategies for the optical characterization of hot carrier dynamics in metallic nanostructures and of vibrational redistribution of energy in single molecules. 16:30 - 16:45
MEMRISTIVE NANOGAPS WITH BIOPHOTON-LIKE PROPERTIES Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne, UMR 6303 CNRS, Université de Bourgogne Europe, 2100 Dijon, France This work demonstrates that memristive nanogaps operated in the volatile regime can act as electrically driven nanoscale light sources, linking resistive switching dynamics with photon emission. By revealing optically active behavior, our results position memristors as promising building blocks for hybrid electro-optic neuromorphic systems. 17:15 - 17:30
