Session Abstract

For the first time, the AMS will offer practicing attorneys Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for participation in a special, one-day seminar on “Contemporary Issues in Music and Copyright Law” at the 2025 AMS-SMT Joint Annual Meeting. Four CLE sessions will be offered on Friday, 7 November 2025. Topics include copyright litigation, music copyright infringement scenarios, AI and music, and more.
