Strategic Operations Management in the Development of a Natural Nutritional Bar “Natural Boost Bar” Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú ABSTRACT This paper studies the viability of producing a natural nutritional bar based on oats, coconut, carrots, and honey, offering a healthy and functional alternative to ultra- processed snacks on the market. The main objective is to evaluate the feasibility of its development, supported by specific objectives such as the design of the nutritional formula, the application of strategic operations management tools, and the development of a prototype for general testing. A pre- experimental methodology with production planning and control tools will be used. The results confirm the project's feasibility and highlight its potential in the healthy products market. 3:48pm - 3:56pm
Assessment of inadequate inspection and poor inventory management at Laboratories Portugal S.R.L. Universidad Tecnológica del Perú S.A.C. - (PE), Perú The primary objective of this study was to understand how poor inspection can affect inventory management at a pharmaceutical company in Arequipa in 2024. A quantitative approach and a correlational, non-experimental design were used. A structured survey was administered to 50 employees from the logistics and warehouse departments, selected through non-probability sampling. The results revealed that 96% of respondents have limited knowledge of inspection processes and 98% reported having difficulties with inventory management. A moderately strong positive relationship was also observed between both variables (ρ = 0.536; p < 0.01), indicating that poor inspection could also affect inventory management. Various aspects were examined, including inventory control, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, and interdepartmental coordination, and in over 90% of cases, these elements were found to be deficient. Based on these findings, it can be deduced that poor inspection negatively impacts the efficiency of inventory management, generating both financial and logistical risks. Therefore, it is suggested that internal control systems be strengthened and staff trained to optimize supervision and achieve more efficient and sustainable management. 3:56pm - 4:04pm
DIGITAL MARKETING AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH MILLENNIAL CONSUMER BEHAVIOR IN THE SUPPLEMENT COMPANY Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between digital marketing and millennial consumer behavior in a supplement company in the city of Cajamarca, during the year 2025. Methods: This is a basic research project with a non-experimental design and correlational approach. A sample of 150 users between the ages of 25 and 48 was surveyed, using a questionnaire as the main instrument. Results: A significant positive correlation was revealed between digital marketing and consumer behavior, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.712. This value indicates a significantly positive correlation and a significance level of 0.000, confirming the existence of a statistically significant relationship between both variables. Conclusions: Digital marketing not only improves brand visibility but also directly influences every stage of the millennial consumer purchasing process. Therefore, it is consolidated as a key strategic tool for the supplement company's positioning and competitiveness in today's digital environment. 4:04pm - 4:12pm
Occupational profile in the general services sector, Los Olivos, 2025 Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú Between the job profile and the interaction of its dimensions, content, context, and job profile in the general services sector in the Los Olivos district, during the period 2025. The methodology employed was a quantitative, applied approach, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. For this purpose, a population of 385 employees in the general services sector in the Los Olivos district was used. The data collection technique was a survey, applying a 10-item questionnaire. The study showed that 49% of respondents always take courses on activities related to their position, 42% mentioned that they are sometimes informed of important aspects such as work hours, risks associated with the use of chemicals, and rotating shifts, and finally, 9% mentioned that the company never adequately informs them about the start of work activities. The conclusion is that there is interaction between the job profile and its dimensions, given that each one is collectively correlated, generating dependence, and this is statistically proven. 4:12pm - 4:20pm
