The Decisive Role of E-Commerce in Leather Footwear Exports: Pymes, Trujillo 2025 Universidad Tecnologica de Perú - (PE), Perú Digital transformation has revolutionised the global commercial landscape, positioning e-commerce as a fundamental part of export strategies. This phenomenon has played a key role in the development and business orientation of SMEs. Therefore, the decisive role of e-commerce and exports of natural leather footwear by SMEs in Trujillo-2025 was examined. Using a quantitative correlational approach, 13 sales teams (26 participants) from exporting companies in the sector were analysed. The results revealed a highly significant correlation between the implementation of e-commerce and exports, confirming that e-commerce is not simply a complementary tool, but a crucial factor in determining success in international markets. The research showed that SMEs that strategically adopted digital platforms significantly increased their export capacity, overcoming geographical barriers and accessing new international markets more efficiently 12:48pm - 12:56pm
Strategic Capabilities in Services: Analysis of the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation Culture, and Service Innovation Performance 1Tecnológico de Costa Rica - (CR), Costa Rica; 2Universidade Regional de Blumenau This study examines the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation Culture, and Service Innovation Performance, and their combined effect on organizational performance in service firms. Drawing from dynamic capabilities theory, we propose and empirically test a hierarchical reflective-reflective model using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the disjoint two-stage approach. The quantitative research involved a survey of 318 managers and decision-makers from service-oriented companies in Costa Rica. Entrepreneurial orientation and innovation culture were modeled as second-order constructs composed of validated dimensions. The measurement model showed adequate reliability and convergent validity, while the structural model confirmed entrepreneurial orientation positive influence on service innovation performance both directly and indirectly through innovation culture. Additionally, service innovation performance significantly impacted perceived organizational performance. Among entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, innovation and proactiveness showed the strongest effects, whereas innovation culture was primarily explained by innovation-oriented behaviors and communication practices. Findings provide empirical evidence of the synergistic role between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation culture in enhancing service innovation and highlight the strategic importance of aligning entrepreneurial mindset with innovation-supportive organizational culture. 12:56pm - 1:04pm

MACROECONOMIC INDICATORS THAT INFLUENCE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE NORTHERN TRIANGLE: A PANEL STUDY, 1990 TO 2021 Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana - UNITEC - (HN), Honduras Economic growth remains one of the main objectives of economic policy [1]. To achieve this, indicators and instruments are developed to promote sustained growth. Monetary, fiscal, and trade policies aim to deliver economic growth results in the short or medium term, ensuring that most of the population benefits from increased income, thereby improving the collective well-being of society. In this regard, the "Solow Model" or Neoclassical Growth Model [2] explains long-term growth based on capital accumulation, population growth, and technological progress [3]. Some authors highlight the crucial role of institutions (both formal and informal) in long-term economic growth, arguing that efficient institutions that protect property rights are essential to encourage investment and innovation [4]. Other authors [5] argue that the Central American region also shares this aspiration and has implemented various economic models in pursuit of growth. However, we ask ourselves: Which indicators contribute to economic growth? In which direction should policies be aimed to have a positive impact on the economy? These are relevant and necessary questions. This research aims to understand how certain macroeconomic variables influence the economic growth of three Central American countries: Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. 1:12pm - 1:20pm
The impact of the work environment on the satisfaction of operational staff in multi-brand stores in Cutervo Universidad Tecnológica del Perú S.A.C. - (PE), Perú The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the work environment and the satisfaction of the operational staff at Cutervo Multimarca stores. The research method will be quantitative, which allows for determining the level of objectivity of the investigation, with a correlational scope. The method applied is non-experimental and cross-sectional. This approach allows me to analyze phenomena as they occur, without intervening in them. In this case, the population is finite, given that its size is known and can be counted. It is made up of 67 people of both sexes, including security, sales, warehouse, and delivery workers, who play a fundamental role within the company. The data will be processed through SPSS. The technique used is a survey with a questionnaire instrument to formulate well-structured questions that allow for obtaining precise and accurate information. Furthermore, this allows for determining the scope of the research without causing any disruption to the environment or data collection site. This allows for analyzing or ruling out the relationship between work environment and staff satisfaction, thus maintaining the natural context of the study. 1:20pm - 1:28pm
SWEET GUMMIES: FUNCTIONAL NATURAL SUPPLEMENT FOR IMMUNE AND RESPIRATORY STRENGTHENING IN CAJAMARCA Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú Abstract - This article presents the development of a functional product: natural gummies made from eucalyptus, honey and matico, conceived as a therapeutic alternative for the relief of mild respiratory diseases. The medicinal properties of its ingredients are explored, the viability of the product in the Cajamarca market is evaluated, and an efficient artisanal process is developed. This study integrates a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative) to determine the acceptability of the product, its value proposition and its possible impact on the respiratory health of the population. 1:28pm - 1:36pm
Analysis of Sustainable Mobility in Cities: Piura Case 2025 and Comparison with Peruvian Cities 1Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE), Perú; 2Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE); 3Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE); 4Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE); 5Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE); 6Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE) Sustainable urban mobility (SSM) is a key global challenge, impacting climate change, quality of life and social equity. This systematic review, based on academic literature from 2020 to 2025 and following the PRISMA 2020 method, analyzes the MUS in Peruvian intermediate cities such as Piura, Trujillo, Arequipa and Cajamarca. Globally, there is a trend towards reduced use of private vehicles, shared mobility and the incorporation of smart technologies, while in Latin America problems such as informal growth and unequal access to transport persist. In Peru, transport is a major emitter of polluting gases and cities face congestion, informality and lack of equity. The study highlights a gap between national policies and their local implementation. It concludes that there is an urgent need to adopt integrated approaches that prioritize active mobility and efficient public transport, addressing informality and inequity. In addition, it highlights the need for empirical research to assess the impact of policies on intermediate cities, to guide decisions towards more sustainable and equitable urban development in Peru. | ||
