Financial leasing and its relationship with liquidity at the Instituto Médico de Castilla S.A.C., Piura, 2024. Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE), Perú The central objective of this research was to examine the relationship between financial leasing and the liquidity level of a medical institution located in the city of Piura, during the period from 2024 to 2024. To this end, a quantitative approach was adopted, using a non-experimental correlational design. Data collection techniques included surveys directed at accounting staff, as well as a detailed analysis of the institution's financial statements. The findings showed a high positive correlation between the variables analyzed, with a Spearman coefficient of 0.825 and a statistical significance level of less than 0.05 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant relationship. From an accounting perspective, it was found that current liquidity was higher when implementing financial leasing, reaching a value of S/. 1.88, in contrast to the use of mortgage loans, whose liquidity stood at S/. 1.61. This result demonstrates that the use of financial leasing favors a better short-term payment capacity for medical organizations. 8:38 - 8:46
Impact of the Supply Chain on the Implementation of Total Quality Management in a Trading Company in Northern Peru UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLOGICA DEL PERU, Perú This study aimed to determine the relationship between supply chain phases such as sourcing, warehousing, and distribution, and overall quality at the commercial company FAVISA S.A., located in Chimbote, Peru. The research employed a quantitative approach, a non-experimental cross-sectional design, and a relational approach. Validated questionnaires were administered to the company's employees, yielding results that demonstrated a highly significant relationship between the variables of supply chain and overall quality, with Pearson coefficients ranging from 0.863 to 0.961. The results highlighted that the stages of the supply chain are directly related to quality management, namely the sourcing, warehousing, and distribution phases. Statistical analyses demonstrated that the management of the company's commercial area contributes to the organization's positioning and development in the local market. This requires joint support from employees, as it influences customer service and loyalty through factors such as price, service, and quality. In conclusion, logistics activities are essential to strengthen competitiveness and promote the development of FAVISA S.A. 8:46 - 8:54
List of downtimes in textile production processes in the SMEs of the Humboldt gallery in Gamarra, 2025 Universidad Cesar Vallejo, Perú This research analyzes the relationship between downtime and textile production processes in SMEs at the Humboldt Gallery in Gamarra during the year 2025. The textile sector is a key industry for the economy, generating jobs, innovation, and competitiveness. However, textile companies face various challenges, such as operational inefficiency resulting from downtime in their production processes. This study aligns with SDG 9, which promotes sustainable industrialization and the optimization of resource use. The internal and external causes of downtime are analyzed, as well as their impact on operating costs and company productivity. The research proposes the application of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM to improve efficiency and reduce lost time, thus strengthening competitiveness. The findings highlight the importance of efficient time management in production, as downtime directly affects product costs and quality. It is concluded that the implementation of continuous improvement and operational management strategies can significantly contribute to reducing downtime, promoting the sustainability and growth of the textile sector in Gamarra. 8:54 - 9:02
SCOR model to optimize productivity in supply chain management at a coffee company in Jaen-Peru. UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA DEL PERÚ, Perú The purpose of this study is to design a model based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) methodology with the aim of optimizing productivity in supply chain management at a coffee company located in Jaén, Peru. To this end, a diagnosis of the current state of the chain was developed, the maturity level of the related processes was analyzed, and the most relevant attributes of the SCOR model that fit the characteristics and needs of the company were selected. The research, which had a mixed approach and non-experimental design, identified critical points and opportunities for improvement in the areas of planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and return. The study included SIPOC mapping and operations flow analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in the coffee procurement, processing, and delivery phases. The results obtained constitute a structured intervention proposal that contributes to increasing operational efficiency and strengthening the competitiveness of the local coffee sector. The SCOR model is a viable tool for boosting productivity and competitiveness in the coffee agroindustry by providing a comprehensive, strategic, and operational view of the supply chain. 9:02 - 9:10
Implementation of process management to increase effiiciency in a Peruvian transport company Universidad Privada del Norte, Perú The objective of this research was to implement process management to increase the efficiency of support processes in a transportation company. Its importance lies in applying process management as a key approach to improve organizational efficiency. The study was applied, with a quantitative approach, explanatory level and pre-experimental design, evaluating the efficiency before and after the implementation in the support processes. Techniques such as observation, documentary analysis, process maps and cause-effect diagrams were used, as well as statistical and modeling tools. Having a 30-day sample, the Shapiro Wilk normality test was used, where a p-value >0.05 was obtained. The results showed a significant increase in the efficiency of all the support processes analyzed, with an increase of 23%, validated by T-Student and Wilcoxon tests (p < 0.001), concluding that process management allowed to increase the efficiency of the support processes by optimizing resources, reducing operating times and costs, improving the quality of service and strengthening the competitiveness of the company in the transportation sector. 9:10 - 9:18
