This study explored the factors that affect the intention to use and electronic loyalty of digital wallet users in Metropolitan Lima, Peru. Using a quantitative approach with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, data were collected from 208 residents of Metropolitan Lima through a Google questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS statistical software, applying reliability analysis along with normality and hypothesis tests to validate the results. The findings revealed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions positively affect the intention to use, which, in turn, influences electronic loyalty.

Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú

This research focuses on analyzing the differences in the level of financial education between footwear producers affiliated and non-affiliated with a Chamber of Commerce in northern Peru during the year 2024. The main objective was to identify how affiliation influences different dimensions of financial education, including knowledge, skills, attitude, and financial awareness. A quantitative methodology was employed, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, using surveys to collect data from a sample of 40 footwear producers. The results reveal that affiliated producers exhibit significantly higher levels of financial education, particularly in knowledge (91% vs. 69%) and financial skills (73% vs. 52%), compared to non-affiliated producers. However, the difference in financial attitude was minimal, and no differences were found in financial awareness between the two groups. The research concludes that affiliation with the Chamber of Commerce provides access to resources and training that enhance the financial education of affiliated members.

Rosa Sofia Acosta Celmi, Nielofar Maria Ahmadid Albujar, Carla Luissiana del Milagro Lucano Cachay

Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Peru

The purpose of this project is to reduce costs in the plating area of an industrial plastics MSE through a maintenance improvement plan. Using the TQM (Total Quality Management) methodology, the project followed seven stages: initial diagnosis, establishment of objectives, team building, process development, implementation of indicators, change management, and continuous review. The results included the identification and reduction of defects in the production of metalized films, reduced production costs, and improved quality of the final product. A continuous monitoring system and a periodic audit program were implemented, and personnel were trained in TQM principles. The project has highlighted the importance of preventive and predictive maintenance, demonstrating that their implementation can reduce 10% of costs and improve product quality. It has highlighted the need to follow a structured methodology for process improvement and alignment with the requirements of the Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001:2015, which ensures consistency and quality in production. The implications of this knowledge include the reduction in operating costs, increased efficiency and customer satisfaction, and the company's ability to remain competitive.

Transformations in Digital Marketing in Peruvian Companies: An Analysis of the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020

Homero Zegarra Escudero, Angélica María Constantino Muñoz

Universidad de San Martín de Porres

This quantitative research article examines the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the planning, organization, leadership, and control of online marketing or digital marketing strategies of Peruvian companies throughout 2020. References were compiled through the creation of a database and a literature review approach, which was examined retrospectively without controlling the measurements, based on the measurements of the variables studied. Data analysis employed both descriptive and inferential statistical methods to identify significant patterns and relationships. The health emergency disruptively altered the perspective of digital marketing, particularly in Peru, where companies were compelled to rapidly adapt to a continuously changing digital environment. The study evaluates how planned strategies and their implementation were assessed during the health emergency to maintain contact with clients, consumers, and potential clients online, aiming for consumer satisfaction amid health uncertainty. It also explores the consequences and outcomes experienced by small, medium, and large companies.

Lenny Quiroz Farro, Yennifer Roque Coaquira, Hugo García Juárez, Juan Flores Solis, Ingrid Sanchez García

Universidad Cesar Valleojo - Campus Chepén, Perú

The study carried out in the Yonán District Entity aims to implement an ergonomics program to improve the productivity of administrative work in the year 2024. It was identified that poor ergonomic conditions were affecting the performance of workers, causing muscle fatigue due to repetitive postures. To analyze the data and design solutions, the Shapiro-Wilk statistical method and the REBA test were used. Following the implementation of the program in May, there will be an 11% increase in labor productivity and a 54% increase in activity compliance, compared to March. Normality tests suggested that productivity distributions in both months were normal. With a confidence level of 95% it was confirmed that there was a significant improvement in productivity. The program included the acquisition of new furniture and ergonomic tools, as well as training on the importance of ergonomics and recommendations for adopting appropriate postures. This helped reduce ergonomic risks and improve the well-being and productivity of white-collar workers, adapting their work environment to their physical and cognitive needs. In short, ergonomics contributed to creating a safer, more efficient and comfortable work environment.

Hugo García Juárez1, Jeniffer Piedra Gallardo2, Kevin Silva Huangal2, Juan Flores Solis2, Ingrid Sanchez García2

1Universidad Nacional de Trujillo - (PE), Perú; 2Universidad César Vallejo - (PE)

The objective of the study was to determine how the application of the work study reduces the attention times in the document processing area of the Municipality of Jequetepeque. A pre-experimental study was conducted, evaluating sixty days before and after the study. During the pretest, the total attention time was 226.08 minutes. After implementing the techniques of the work study, the post-test analysis showed a total attention time of 183.27 minutes. Two activities were identified that delayed the process by 44.44%, eliminating them and consolidating the new process into seven value-adding activities. A schedule of training was implemented in March and April, focused on solving problems such as lack of training in document management and clutter in the workspace. Compared to the pre-test data, where the average waiting time was 88.56 minutes and the total reached 226.08 minutes, there was a significant reduction of 40.51 minutes in the average time and 35.31 minutes in the total. A Wilcoxon of 0.005 was obtained and it is concluded that the work study had a significant impact on the reduction of user service time.
