Crecimiento Empresarial Basado en la Responsabilidad Social del Rubro Construcción en Latinoamérica. Una Revisión Sistemática entre Los años 2018-2024 1Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú; 2Universidad Cesar Vallejo La revisión sistemática describe la aplicación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en el sector construcción en Latinoamérica. Siendo el objetivo recopilar información sobre la implementación efectiva de prácticas de responsabilidad social empresarial tanto a nivel interno como externo en el sector construcción en Latinoamérica. Se empleó la metodología PRISMA, haciendo uso de bibliotecas virtuales como Scopus, Science Direct, ProQuest, Scielo, Redalyc, Web of Science. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que aquellas organizaciones que aplican prácticas de RSE, experimentan mejoras tanto en su desarrollo organizacional como social. Sin embargo, existen entidades que sufren consecuencias negativas al no lograr emplear dichas técnicas. Concluyendo que, si no existe una adecuada gestión en cuanto a estrategias de aplicación respecto a la responsabilidad social empresarial, las organizaciones no lograrán sus objetivos trazados en base al ámbito social, económico y ambiental. 1:18pm - 1:26pm
Personnel Turnover and the Productivity of the collaborators of a Financial Services company in Lima Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú This study how frequent employee turnover generates economic and time losses in a financial services company due to the costs associated with the selection, training, and induction of new workers. The main objective was to determine the relationship between employee turnover and productivity among employees of a financial services company in Lima. A correlational non-experimental design was employed, involving a population of 45 employees from the sales advisory department. Data collection was conducted using a survey technique and a questionnaire adapted from the Instituto Tecnológico de la Laguna, which achieved Cronbach's alpha reliability levels of 0.865 for employee turnover and 0.879 for productivity.The results showed that 33.3% of the employees perceived a medium-level relationship between employee turnover and productivity, while 22.2% indicated a high-level relationship. The Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was 0.100, indicating a very weak correlation between the variables, with a significance value of 0.513. Therefore, it was concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between employee turnover and productivity. 1:26pm - 1:34pm
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CORPORATE IMAGE IN A BANKING ENTITY IN THE CITY OF TRUJILLO, 2023 Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la relación entre la responsabilidad social empresarial y la imagen corporativa en un banco de la ciudad de Trujillo, Perú en el año 2023. La metodología de investigación adoptada se basó enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población objetivo estuvo conformada por las personas de 25 a 40 años que viven en Trujillo y han utilizado servicios bancarios. Se eligió a la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos y el instrumento fue un cuestionario validado por expertos. Los datos analizados tras realizar las encuestas revelaron un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman (Rho) de 0,810 con un nivel de significancia (α) de 0,000, demostrando una relación directa y significativa entre la responsabilidad social empresarial y la imagen corporativa. Concluyendo, se determinó que la responsabilidad social empresarial tiene una influencia positiva en la imagen corporativa, destacando la necesidad de que el banco implemente estrategias para mejorar aún más su imagen. Es decir, queda demostrado que las empresas que incorporan tecnologías en su modelo de negocio perciben resultados financieros positivos. 1:34pm - 1:42pm
Influence of Service Quality and Sales in Textile Companies, Trujillo 2023 1Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE); 2Universidad Señor de Sipán - (PE) The study examines the factors influencing textile companies, which play a crucial role in society. The relational marketing theory was considered for this purpose. The objective was to demonstrate the influence of service quality on sales in textile companies in Trujillo. A descriptive correlational causal approach was adopted, supported by a non-experimental cross-sectional design with a quantitative focus. The sample consisted of 46 customers surveyed during their visits to textile companies. The results confirmed the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, with a Spearman coefficient (Rho) of 0.637, indicating a moderate positive correlation. These findings highlight the need to prioritize service quality in the textile sector and provide a robust basis for strategic decision-making and the implementation of improvements in business management. It was revealed that offering quality service directly influences sales growth. Therefore, overall, it is important to consider this for national growth. 1:42pm - 1:50pm
Cultura de emprendimiento y gestión empresarial en una Asociación de Artesanos, Catacaos 2024 Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the culture of entrepreneurship and business management in an Association of Artisans, seeking to contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent work and economic growth. An applied methodology with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design was used. The technique used was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire. The most significant results revealed a moderate direct linear correlation between entrepreneurial culture and business management (Spearman's coefficient: 0.680, p-value: 0.000). Significant correlations were also found between the dimensions of entrepreneurial culture (entrepreneurship, risk consideration, creativity and innovation, value generation, proactivity and information seeking) and entrepreneurial management, with Spearman coefficients ranging from 0.627 to 0.692. These findings highlight the importance of fostering a strong entrepreneurial culture to improve business management in the artisans' association and contribute to local economic development. |
