The Total Environment, Nongye Gongcheng Xuebao Transactions Of The Chinese Society Of Agricultural Engineering, Soil And Tillage Research in Environmental Science And Pollution Research.

Over the years, ergonomics has evolved from a focus on human factors to encompassing activity ergonomics, being applied to multiple industries. This significantly affects the quality of life of employees. In this regard, a systematic literature review was proposed on posture and movement control methods to determine ergonomic risks for workers. This study employs the PRISMA method for the systematic review. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used for eligibility. The results show that the year with the highest annual scientific production was 2023, with 5 published studies, while the highest average number of total citations per article was in 2020. Furthermore, in the keyword frequency analysis, the words "ergonomics" and "human factors" had the highest repetitions. It was also identified that the Swiss journal Sensors published 4 articles on the study topic, showing a deep interest in the subject in that journal. A three-field plot was used to analyze the relationship between keywords, authors, and journals. In the content analysis, instruments, approaches, descriptions, ergonomic postures, samples, and the level of ergonomic risk were evaluated, with all the information compiled in a matrix. It is concluded that virtual reality technology showed positive potential in improving working conditions, where employees feel better knowing their ergonomic status through augmented reality simulations and control and analysis methods such as OWAS, RULA, and REBA. Finally, technology can be a valuable part of the solution; however, effective application and correction of working conditions are equally crucial.

Analysis of Sustainable Fashion through Social Media: TikTok Case

Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas - (PE), Perú

The increasing popularity of the social media platform TikTok is ushering in a new phase in its e-commerce, as it has not only influenced users' social behaviors but also their purchasing intentions. This network's influence has impacted the perception of fashion subcultures among Generation Z users, with fast fashion being the most questioned. Thus, we pose the following question: How do sustainable fashion users interact on social media? To address this issue, we have decided to focus on the influence of the current leading social network, TikTok. This analysis is based on the methodology applied by Einsle et al. (2024), using Kruskal-Wallis tests, Mann–Whitney U-tests, and Dunn's Bonferroni post hoc test. The interaction of videos is analyzed considering factors such as duration, subtitles, audio content, emojis, and hashtags. Based on the results, interactions such as Likes (p=0.026), Comments (p=0.013), and Views (p=0.026) do not present homogeneous outcomes, and there is a significant difference related to the categories of the videos. The case of audio content (p=0.173) in videos narrated by creators shows no significant difference. Thus, the hypothesis H3, which proposes that user interaction differs between videos containing spoken language or music, is accepted.

The study on the improvement of the occupational health and safety system in an agro-industry concludes that the implementation of improvements in the occupational health and safety system had a positive impact on the reduction of occupational risks. Using an applied approach, propositional and explanatory diagnosis, the research covered all areas of the company and used methods such as surveys, documentary analysis and direct observation. The control updates adopted, including safety signage, occupational health and safety training and improved emergency procedures, will reduce the risk levels of hazards from moderate to tolerable. This result underlines the positive effect of improvements in the occupational health and safety system on occupational risks in the company
