Design of centroid-simplex mixture for the formulation of a high-protein energy bar based on the edible fungus Suillus Luteus (Cuzco-Peru) Universidad Nacional del Callao - (PE), Perú The dehydrated Suillus luteus fungus from the community of Yuracmayo, the province of Quispicanchi, Cusco. contains high concentrations of proteins. The use of Edible mushroom due to its high protein content promotes healthy products such as energy bars. Through the centroid-simplex mixture design was evaluated using three components for the preparation of an energy bar: (X1: banana, X2: dehydrated mushroom, X3 binder). The variables of response were: Humidity (%), Carbohydrates (%), Ash (%), Fat (%) and Protein (%). The results show that in the 17 experiments, values of Humidity (%), Proteins were obtained (%), Ash (%), Fat (%), Carbohydrates (%) from 4.12 to 70.43, 0.12 to 22.21, 0.32 to 5.53, 0 to 9.6, 29.91 to 88.34, respectively, presenting quadratic and cubic statistical models with values of R2adj greater than 0.99 and p values less than 0.01, indicating a high degree of correlation between experimental values and predicted. The optimal conditions determined by the design are a mixture of 60 to 80% dehydrated Sullius luteus mushroom, banana less than 25% and binder less than 25% to maintain an acceptable protein concentration of 15 to 22% in the bar energy. 12:08 - 12:16

During this period a large number of cases of acute respiratory infections increased. With increasing resistance to antibacterials, the search for and identification of carbapenemase co-producing Enterobacteriaceae is of paramount therapeutic importance because it limits the use of available antibiotics. Objective: To determine the Enterobacterales species that present carbapenemase: KPC, NMD and OXA 48 in patients treated in a COVID hospital in Trujillo-Peru, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: In this descriptive, observational study, biological samples were collected from patients treated in general medicine, emergency, and intensive care units - ICU of Hospital IV "Víctor Lazarte Echegaray" for bacterial identification and sensitivity to carbapenems. removed AutoScan-4 automated system, and the rapid diagnostic immunochromatographic tests RESISIT-3 OKN K-SET were used to determine the type of carbapenemase present in each culture. Results: Of a total of 134 Enterobacterales cultures, Klebsiella pneumoniae is the one with the highest resistance to imipenem and meropenem; the highest prevalence of resistance for both carbapenems was obtained in the ICU (n=22; 54.6%) compared to that obtained in general and emergency medicine. 12:16 - 12:24
Professional Competencies and Female Integration in service companies in Metropolitan Lima Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE) This scientific article delves into the labor market integration of women in service sector companies in Metropolitan Lima for 2024, exploring the relationship between professional skills and their inclusion. It is evidenced that competencies, although crucial, do not automatically guarantee women higher-responsibility roles. It also underscores the need for inclusive labor policies and educational programs to enhance female employability, prompting reflection on overcoming structural barriers perpetuating gender inequality in the workplace. Romero's theory emphasizes employability and occupational opportunities: the former pertains to available job opportunities, while the latter encompasses individual skills to seize those opportunities. This highlights the importance of aligning skills with labor market demands to facilitate effective and sustainable integration. In conclusion, while competencies are necessary, they are insufficient to ensure women's integration into higher-responsibility roles. The study reveals a moderate correlation between professional competencies and female integration, identifying other key variables such as inclusive organizational policies and governmental support for gender equality. Achieving true equal opportunities requires addressing these complementary variables and creating work environments that promote diversity and equity. 12:24 - 12:32
Human Talent Management and Job Satisfaction at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Institute in Lima Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE) This study analyzes the relationship between talent management and job satisfaction in an educational institute in Lima. The results revealed a positive but weak correlation between the two variables, highlighting the importance of proper personnel selection and continuous support to achieve engaged, productive employees committed to organizational goals. Additionally, it was found that continuous training is essential to improve productivity and the efficiency of employee activities, significantly contributing to the Institute's objectives. Furthermore, other factors influencing job satisfaction were identified, such as productivity, goal attainment, and employee retention, which not only benefit the company but also allow employees to develop a career path. A positive work environment, reflected in satisfied staff, was observed to enhance service quality and the company's positive outcomes. These findings underscore the need for effective talent management for the long-term success of organizations. 12:32 - 12:40
Values and Business Ethics in a textile company in La Victoria - Lima, 2024 Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), This study investigated the relationship between values and business ethics in a textile company in La Victoria, Lima, in 2024. It was observed that companies in the textile sector improve the work environment by promoting an ethical organizational culture, essential for maintaining trust and long-term success. The research adopted a quantitative approach with a non-experimental descriptivecorrelational design. Surveys were conducted with 48 administrative employees, selected from a total population of 54 workers, using questionnaires as the instrument. The results showed a weak correlation (r = 0.211, p = 0.684) between values and business ethics according to Pearson's correlation test, leading to the rejection of the general alternate hypothesis. These findings highlight the importance of companies reinforcing their ethical practices. Fostering transparency, duty compliance, respect for organizational values, and adopting a proactive approach to business ethics are essential for preserving trust and reputation in the workplace and commercial realm. 12:40 - 12:48

El estudio se basó en la premisa de Pesci [1], quien afirmó que "No hay futuro sin conciencia histórica", y en la perspectiva de Feliu [2] sobre la trascendencia humana a través del patrimonio construido. El objetivo principal fue identificar los principios ambientales y sustentables de las edificaciones republicanas del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX en Piura, evaluando su potencial aplicación en la arquitectura contemporánea. Se empleó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, con una investigación aplicada cuyo universo poblacional abarcó las Casonas Republicanas y los habitantes de Piura. El análisis de los principios ambientales reveló que las Casonas Republicanas incorporaban criterios de sostenibilidad superiores a los de la vivienda promedio actual en Piura. Este estudio no solo contribuyó al conocimiento del patrimonio arquitectónico local, sino que también proporcionó insights valiosos para la revitalización sostenible del centro histórico y el diseño de edificaciones contemporáneas más adaptadas al contexto ambiental y cultural de Piura. |
