Impact of organizational climate on job performance in engine maintenance companies Universidad Tecnológica del Perú UTP S.A.C., Perú The study aimed to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job performance in an engine maintenance company. The methodology used was basic, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental cross-sectional design, correlational in scope, with a census sample of 43 employees. To collect the data, a survey technique was used, applying two structured questionnaires as instruments: the CL SPC Work Climate Scale by Palma (2004) and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) adapted by Mendoza (2025). Both instruments were validated by expert judgment and had Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.893 and 0.842, respectively. The results indicate a very strong and statistically significant positive correlation between organizational climate and work performance (r = 0.872, p < 0.05). Likewise, significant correlations were found with the dimensions of self-actualization (r = 0.799, p < 0.05), work engagement (r = 0.864, p < 0.05), supervision (r = 0.734, p < 0.05), and communication (r = 0.606, p < 0.05). It is concluded that a favorable organizational climate has a notable influence on job performance. 1:08pm - 1:16pm
Ethical practices of the public accountant and prevention of corruption in the treasury of local governments Universidad Tecnológica del Perú UTP - (PE), Perú This study analyzes the relationship between the ethical practices of public accountants and corruption prevention in the treasury department of the Municipality of Pacaipampa, Peru, in 2025. The research adopted a mixed, non-experimental, cross-sectional approach, applying a census to 12 key officials from financial and control areas. Structured surveys and interviews were used for data collection. The results, processed using Spearman's Rho coefficient, showed a very high positive correlation (Rho=0.929; p<0.001) between professional ethics and the effectiveness of anti-corruption controls. Specifically, compliance with legal standards (Rho=0.859) and fundamental principles (Rho=0.862) acted as significant predictors. It is concluded that strengthening integrity and professional competence reduces information asymmetry and fraud opportunities, empirically validating the theory of moral development in local public management. 1:16pm - 1:24pm
Integration of SDGs 5 and 8 into people management at Deli Café, Cajamarca, 2025 Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú The present study aimed to integrate Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5 and 8 into people management at Deli Café Corporativo E.I.R.L., located in Cajamarca, in 2025. The research was conducted under a quantitative approach, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. Data collection was carried out through the application of a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, administered to 27 employees from the administrative and human resources areas. Data processing and analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results related to the general objective revealed the existence of a high and statistically significant positive relationship between the integration of SDGs 5 and 8 and people management practices (r = 0.816; p < 0.001). These findings indicate that a higher level of incorporation of gender equality and decent work principles is associated with improved organizational practices focused on labor well-being, equity, inclusion, and the strengthening of the organizational climate. Likewise, progress was identified in equal opportunities and respect for labor rights; however, neutral perceptions persist, highlighting the need to strengthen internal communication and institutional transparency. It is concluded that the integration of SDGs 5 and 8 contributes significantly to strengthening sustainable people management, promoting an organizational culture aligned with the principles of sustainable development, corporate social responsibility, and the guidelines of the 2030 Agenda. 1:24pm - 1:32pm
Job Satisfaction and Quality of Service in the Public Sector: A Case Analysis in 2025 Universidad Tecnológica del Perú UTP - (PE), Perú Public services are considered a fundamental component for the development of any country because they create conditions that enable citizens to exercise their rights and, consequently, improve their collective well-being. Moreover, the public sector constitutes an important arena for professional development and direct interaction between the State and the population. In this context, the present study aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and service quality in a public entity in the city of Ica during the year 2025. To achieve this objective, a quantitative approach with a correlational scope was adopted, supported by a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 80 employees and 382 citizen users. The results revealed a very low negative correlation (r = -0.020 y p = 0.863), indicating that job satisfaction is not significantly related to service quality. Likewise, when examining the dimensions of service quality, no statistically significant relationships with job satisfaction were found. However, relevant internal heterogeneity was identified. On one hand, employees showed medium and high levels in factors associated with achievement, responsibility, and the meaningfulness of work. On the other hand, low scores were observed in factors related to salary, stability, and working conditions. These findings highlight the need to implement comprehensive public management strategies that integrate human talent development, process optimization, and institutional strengthening focused on citizen service. 1:32pm - 1:40pm
E-commerce model to boost the export plan of a footwear company Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú This study develops an integrated model that combines an export business plan with the implementation of an e-commerce platform to enhance the international market insertion of in the Latin American market by leveraging the growth of the fashion sector and the accelerated expansion of the digital ecosystem in the region. To achieve this, a commercial plan is formulated that includes target market analysis, demand assessment, market segmentation, and the definition of sustainable positioning strategies. In parallel, the implementation of an e-commerce platform is proposed as a strategic tool for internationalization, using a structured methodology that involves an initial diagnosis, improvement proposal, website design and implementation, and evaluation through key performance indicators. This approach will improve the brand’s digital visibility, optimize the commercial process, and facilitate access to new international buyers. The study is organized into sections covering the introduction, state of the art, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions focused on the sustainability of the model. 1:40pm - 1:48pm
Development of a machine vision system based on convolutional neural networks to detect open and closed tips in asparagus Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú The project aims to develop a computer vision system based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for the automatic, eal-time detection of asparagus tip status (open or closed), in order to improve efficiency and accuracy in agroindustrial sorting and classification. The YOLOv11 model was employed, training on a set of 1,663 annotated asparagus images captured under varying lighting conditions and from multiple angles. Using the COCO Annotator platform for labeling and Google Colab with advanced computational esources for training, the system achieved 96% accuracy, with a 94.3% mAP and an F1-score of 0.95, standing out for its low false-positive | ||
