Coaching and Performance of the Serenazgo Personnel: Pre- and Post-Intervention Evidence Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú Introduction: Coaching improves productivity and the work environment. This research thesis analyzes the influence of organizational coaching on the operational performance of the municipal security personnel in Lima during 2025. Methodology: A quantitative, pre-experimental design was used with a sample of 122 security personnel. A questionnaire was administered using a pretest and posttest format to assess operational performance. Results: Statistical evidence (Z = -8.773; p-value = <.001) allows us to infer that coaching significantly improves operational performance, increasing it by 12.23%. It is concluded that organizational coaching is an effective strategy for optimizing the performance and professional development of security personnel, contributing to improved service and sustainable citizen security. | |
