Critical factors in the export reactivation of Kent mango in an agricultural firm

This research aimed to determine the critical factors for the export reactivation of Kent mango in a company in Piura. Methodologically, a mixed approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design was used, evaluating the 25 collaborators who participated in previous export campaigns through the application of structured questionnaires and an interview. Quantitative results revealed notable strengths in cold management and regulatory compliance, contrasting with severe deficiencies in logistics transport and a lack of participation in external financing. Qualitatively, a conservative financial management style and the requirement for reliable commercial conditions were confirmed. Finally, it is concluded that successful reactivation depends on capitalizing on operational experience in quality, correcting the selection of logistics partners, and adopting financial leverage strategies to mitigate risks and ensure sustainability.
