Efficiency of the Public Procurement Cycle: A Quantitative Analysis of Supply Processes Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú This study analyzes the efficiency of the public procurement cycle through quantitative indicators of supply processes in Peru. Using administrative records from the electronic procurement system (SEACE), temporal, operational, and financial efficiency dimensions are characterized. The descriptive approach using secondary data addresses a gap in the Latin American literature on the systematic quantification of procurement cycle performance. Results contribute to understanding the public supply system functioning, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 12 and 16. | |
