Emerging technologies are tools that allow companies to create, manipulate and manage consistent data over time, the study was based on the general objective: to analyze how knowledge management is developed in organizations that use emerging technologies; the analysis presents three key aspects: acquisition, generation and transfer of knowledge, as well as the emerging technologies that are being implemented in these organizations. The study was of quantitative approach, documentary analysis, developed from the systematic analysis of eight scientific articles coded for a better interpretation of the data. The study finds that internal sources for knowledge acquisition include artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis and collaborative work, while external sources include technologies such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT). In terms of knowledge generation, organizations employ big data and digital technologies that foster a favorable environment for innovation. Knowledge transfer is facilitated by emerging technologies, which promote effective communication and collaboration between teams. The most commonly used technologies are AI, big data analytics, blockchain, robotic process automation (RPA), augmented reality, 3D printing, chatbots and online platforms. Implementing these technologies not only improves efficiency and communication, but also presents challenges, such as cultural resistance and digital competence, that organizations must address to maximize their potential.

Lucas Manuel Cadenillas Falla, Lourdes Rosario Zelada Cabanillas, Marilú Trinidad Flores Lezama, Ana Elizabeth Paredes Morales, Miryam Liliana Silva Fiorentini, Jessica Macalopu Rimachi

Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú

The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between assertive communication and job satisfaction among employees of ONNIX E.I.R.L - Chepén, 2023. A basic research type was used, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, simple correlational level and cross-sectional. The population consisted of all the company's employees (28). A questionnaire was applied to the population sample to collect information on each variable, and after obtaining the data, it was tabulated and analyzed using SPSSv25 and Excel. The main findings determined a correlation coefficient (r=0.847) with a significance (p=0.000), which means that the variables are in a high positive relationship. This means that if assertive communication is fully developed in the company, it will allow workers to feel job satisfaction. The study concludes that it was possible to determine the main objective. In addition to determining the low levels in each of the variables. This means that the company must develop strategies to improve its assertive communication in order to raise the level of satisfaction.

Financial Education and the Reduction of Labor Informality in Micro and Small Enterprises in Trujillo, Peru

Oscar Panibra Flores

Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego - (PE), Perú

The objective of this research was to determine how financial education is related to the reduction of labor informality among micro and small entrepreneurs in the city of Trujillo, Peru. The study follows a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. A Likert-scale questionnaire was applied to a sample of 245 entrepreneurs selected through simple random sampling. The results show that 53.5% of respondents have a low level of financial knowledge, 65.3% demonstrate limited financial skills, and 78% exhibit inadequate financial attitudes. These factors contribute to a high incidence of informal employment, with only 11.4% of entrepreneurs demonstrating a high level of compliance with their labor obligations. A significant and inverse relationship between the two variables was identified. Finally, the study highlights the need for financial training programs and public policies that promote financial education as a strategy to enhance labor formalization in the micro and small enterprise sector.

The growing concern for the reduction of waste and pollution has driven the search for sustainable solutions, highlighting the use of solid waste from the coffee industry, such as husks, rich in useful compounds. This research focused on using coffee husks to design a manufacturing process for biodegradable packaging, using a mixture of crushed husks, glycerin (30%) and white vinegar (20%). The results were satisfactory, as the mixture maintained its shape during molding, allowing the obtaining of a biodegradable container with good structural integrity. Analysis of the texture of the bioplastic revealed that it is brittle, brittle and not very elastic, depending on the relative humidity. The hardness of the material was varied according to the concentrations of the inputs, which reflected the analysis of the texture profile, while the fracture ability was moderate, which allowed the container to retain its structure without fractures. In accordance with the UNE EN_14411 standard, the bending strength of the packaging was positively evaluated, with an estimated total degradability in six months, demonstrating that the biodegradable packaging developed has a good performance in terms of resistance, hardness and flexibility for handling.

Implementation of an inventory management system to improve the profitability of a textile company

Jorge Luis Alfaro Rosas

Unversidad Privada del Norte, Perú

This report analyzes the main inventory management indicators in depth, providing key results for optimizing the organization's logistics and financial process. Inventory turnover is critical, with an average frequency of only 0.5 times per month, evidencing a slow renewal of products. Added to this is a coverage level of 1.46 months, which, although it guarantees availability, could imply risks of overstock. The overstock analysis highlights that 30.1% of the inventory corresponds to low-turnover products, mainly classified in category C, generating 1.76% of additional storage costs. In addition, the turnover efficiency index (ERI) reveals limited performance in all categories: A: 36% (vs 96%), B: 47% (vs 95%) and C: 39%, far from established standards. In conclusion, the results show critical areas that require immediate attention to minimize costs, improve inventory efficiency and avoid losses due to immobilized products. This report is a call to strategic action, with concrete proposals to transform these challenges into opportunities for substantial improvement.

Project management for the development of a website for a Hotel

ERNESTO LUIS VERA-BALLÓN, RENZO RIMANETH RIVERO-FERNÁNDEZ, HENRY DAVID NUÑEZ-RODRIGUEZ, JUAN HECTOR ALEJANDRO TACO-TAMO, Alonzo Pinto-Hurtado, Stephanie Cheneaux-Márquez

Universidad Católica Santa Maria - (PE), Perú

This article declares the main objective to implement and develop a website for the Hotel, in order to increase reservations and improve its competitiveness. The RUP methodology was used, which organizes personalized tasks and responsibilities according to business needs. The project included website prototype development and SWOT analysis, as well as marketing strategies and local partnerships. Likewise, the EDT was carried out that identifies the work packages. The proposal to implement an automated reservation system seeks to improve reservation management, reducing errors and optimizing the customer experience. A 15% growth in web booking revenue was projected in the first quarter of 2024. The initiative turned out to be economically viable, with projected revenue of S/772,850.00 against an initial investment of S/20,016.00, ensuring its long-term sustainability..
