Emerging technologies are tools that allow companies to create, manipulate and manage consistent data over time, the study was based on the general objective: to analyze how knowledge management is developed in organizations that use emerging technologies; the analysis presents three key aspects: acquisition, generation and transfer of knowledge, as well as the emerging technologies that are being implemented in these organizations. The study was of quantitative approach, documentary analysis, developed from the systematic analysis of eight scientific articles coded for a better interpretation of the data. The study finds that internal sources for knowledge acquisition include artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis and collaborative work, while external sources include technologies such as blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT). In terms of knowledge generation, organizations employ big data and digital technologies that foster a favorable environment for innovation. Knowledge transfer is facilitated by emerging technologies, which promote effective communication and collaboration between teams. The most commonly used technologies are AI, big data analytics, blockchain, robotic process automation (RPA), augmented reality, 3D printing, chatbots and online platforms. Implementing these technologies not only improves efficiency and communication, but also presents challenges, such as cultural resistance and digital competence, that organizations must address to maximize their potential.

The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between assertive communication and job satisfaction among employees of ONNIX E.I.R.L - Chepén, 2023. A basic research type was used, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, simple correlational level and cross-sectional. The population consisted of all the company's employees (28). A questionnaire was applied to the population sample to collect information on each variable, and after obtaining the data, it was tabulated and analyzed using SPSSv25 and Excel. The main findings determined a correlation coefficient (r=0.847) with a significance (p=0.000), which means that the variables are in a high positive relationship. This means that if assertive communication is fully developed in the company, it will allow workers to feel job satisfaction. The study concludes that it was possible to determine the main objective. In addition to determining the low levels in each of the variables. This means that the company must develop strategies to improve its assertive communication in order to raise the level of satisfaction.

The growing concern for the reduction of waste and pollution has driven the search for sustainable solutions, highlighting the use of solid waste from the coffee industry, such as husks, rich in useful compounds. This research focused on using coffee husks to design a manufacturing process for biodegradable packaging, using a mixture of crushed husks, glycerin (30%) and white vinegar (20%). The results were satisfactory, as the mixture maintained its shape during molding, allowing the obtaining of a biodegradable container with good structural integrity. Analysis of the texture of the bioplastic revealed that it is brittle, brittle and not very elastic, depending on the relative humidity. The hardness of the material was varied according to the concentrations of the inputs, which reflected the analysis of the texture profile, while the fracture ability was moderate, which allowed the container to retain its structure without fractures. In accordance with the UNE EN_14411 standard, the bending strength of the packaging was positively evaluated, with an estimated total degradability in six months, demonstrating that the biodegradable packaging developed has a good performance in terms of resistance, hardness and flexibility for handling.
