Ariana Alessandra Timanà Villavicencio, Brisa Robles Salas, Richard Aguirre-Camarena

Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú

Objective: To determine the relationship between quality management and labor productivity in an importing company located in the Lima district in the year 2024. Method: This study follows a quantitative approach, applied research type, correlational level, non-experimental design, and cross-sectional analysis. An instrument was developed to measure the quality management variable, consisting of 39 questions, and another instrument to measure the labor productivity variable, consisting of 20 questions. Additionally, a content validity analysis of the instrument was conducted with three expert judges, determining a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.951 and 0.912, respectively. Consequently, the questionnaire was sent to the census sample composed of 35 employees of the importing company. Results: Ultimately, a considerable positive relationship was determined between quality management and labor productivity, with a Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient of 0.725. Conclusions: It is concluded that increasing the application of quality management in the operational process of the importing company tends to significantly enhance labor productivity. On the other hand, it was identified that a higher level
of teamwork does not generate a significant increase in labor productivity.

Formalization of recycling is an essential process that improves efficiency, increases citizen participation, and complies with environmental regulations, benefiting both the environment and the community. This study, based on a quantitative methodology with 1,632 surveys and 40 interviews with public leaders, proposes a business model that integrates recyclers into the formal economy. The objective is to reduce poverty, promote social inclusion, and improve the Agenda 2030 indicators. The results show that the formalization of recycling generates formal employment and improves the income of waste pickers, who experience a significant increase in their income compared to those in informality. An improvement in environmental sustainability is also observed, with a reduction in solid waste in cities with formalized recycling programs. The findings highlight that formalization is effective in reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion by providing wastepickers with employment benefits, education, and access to health services, improving their quality of life. In addition, the implementation of this model contributes to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in relation to ending poverty (SDG 01), reducing inequalities (SDG 10), and climate action (SDG 13). The study highlights the importance of public policies that promote the formalization of recycling as a key tool for socioeconomic development in Colombia and Peru.

Jocsan Adbeel De La Cruz Rubio, Rony Paul Rodríguez Chávez, Nancy Defilia Aguilar Aragón

Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú

In a context where environmental concerns are increasingly relevant, this study investigates the relationship between green marketing and the corporate image of footwear SMEs in the Trujillo district in 2024. Methods: A quantitative approach was employed, using a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, with a questionnaire administered to a sample of 385 consumers. Variables were measured through Likert scales assessing green marketing across dimensions such as product, price, place, and promotion, and corporate image through its functional, affective, and reputational dimensions. Results: Findings revealed a moderate positive correlation (Spearman's Rho = 0.570; p < 0.01) between green marketing and corporate image. 80% of respondents perceived a medium level of green marketing, while 77.1% regarded the corporate image of SMEs as high. Conclusions: It is concluded that while green marketing influences the positive perception of corporate image, SMEs need to improve the communication and visibility of their sustainable practices to maximize their impact.

Jimena Unocc Contreras, Oscar Rodolfo Díez Pérez, Rodney Diego Salinas Cruz

Universidad Tecnológica del Perú UTP - (PE), Perú

The aim of this research was to determine the degree of the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction among employees in a supermarket. To achieve this, the study followed a quantitative approach with a non-experimental and correlational design. The sample consisted of 14 employees from the supermarket, and data were collected using a questionnaire based on the Likert scale. This instrument allowed the researchers to gather the necessary information to analyse the relationship between the variables. Pearson’s statistical test was used to process the data, revealing a significant level of 0.00 and a high correlation coefficient of 0.796 between leadership and job satisfaction. When examining the relationship between leadership and task significance, a moderate correlation was observed, with a coefficient of r = 0.538. Similarly, the relationship between leadership and working conditions also showed a moderate correlation, with r = 0.557. Additionally, the relationship between leadership and economic benefits yielded a high correlation, with r = 0.793. The findings of this research led to the conclusion that improvements in leadership among supermarket employees directly impact their job satisfaction. Specifically, as leadership increases, there is a corresponding rise in the significance of the tasks they perform, the quality of their working conditions, and the economic benefits they receive. This underscores the importance of leadership in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.

In the methodological aspect, an applied st, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational, had as tools to obtain data the survey and validated and reliable questionnaires, applied to a sample of 45 municipal servants, implementing a census type sampling. As significant results, it is highlighted that in the dimensions of digital government a MODERATE regular level prevailed, very similar was shown in the dimensions of administrative management, highlighting a REGULAR level. The data did not fit a normal
distribution, in this sense the Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was applied, concluding the existence of a high positive significant relationship between Digital Government and Administrative Management (Rho=0, 802) in a municipal institution in northern Peru.

Nataly A. Bazán-Torres, Manuel E. Malpica-Rodríguez, Jair M. Pérez-Aguilar

Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of implementing digital strategies on customer loyalty in a footwear company located in Trujillo. The company faced a low loyalty rate due to the limited attention paid to its digital channels, which are a key source for customer acquisition. The research adopted a quantitative, explanatory and pre-experimental approach, with a sample of 30 customers selected between September and October 2024. For data collection, surveys were applied before and after the implementation of the digital marketing plan. This plan was developed using the SOSTAC methodology, allowing a structured approach based on a situational analysis and specific objectives. The results showed a significant improvement in the perception of the company's digital advertising, reaching 96.7% acceptance. In addition, customer loyalty increased from 40% to 60%, reflecting a higher level of recurrence in purchases. The hypothesis validation was carried out using the paired T statistical test, obtaining a significance value of 0.000008, which confirms a positive and significant impact of the implemented strategies. It is concluded that the implemented digital strategies have had a positive effect on customer loyalty, underlining the importance of optimizing digital channels to strengthen the relationship with consumers and improve their loyalty to the brand.
