Systematic review on how Balance Scorecard is implemented in sales decisions in transport companies Universidad Tecnológica del Perú UTP - (PE), Perú The purpose of this research is to evaluate how the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), can improve sales decisions in interprovincial transport companies, accumulating opportunities for improvement in the development of their operations to provide good customer service. The BSC is a strategic management tool that helps organizations establish strategic objectives through active performance indicators. In the context of interprovincial transport companies, the BSC allows them to address operational and administrative problems that affect the quality and profitability of the service. This work investigates the impact of the BSC on sales decisions in this sector, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) under the PRISMA 2020 declaration. The study found that the implementation of the BSC significantly improves operational efficiency and strategic performance, highlighting its usefulness in aligning sales strategies with organizational objectives. Additionally, the BSC facilitates detailed analysis of revenues and costs, improves punctuality and customer convenience, and promotes the development of operational skills and the implementation of new technologies. In this way, the BSC contributes to more effective decision-making, increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of interprovincial transport companies. 12:28pm - 12:36pm
Reduction of Occupational Risks through the Application of an SGSST based on the ISO 45001:2018 Standard in the Company ForliS.A.C. Universidad Nacional del Callao - (PE), Perú The objective of this research is to demonstrate, through the Application of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the ISO 45001:2018 Standard, the reduction of occupational risks in the company Forli S.A.C. This is because, in this organization, whose function is the manufacture of rest products, disorder in the area, inadequate facilities, work accidents, lack of OSH culture have been evident; as well as, lack of identification of risks and dangers. Therefore, the methodology applied with a pre-experimental design has been used, through the use of descriptive statistics for data analysis and confirmation of general and particular hypotheses. After carrying out the Shapiro Wilk Test, with the objective of examining the data obtained from the 16 accident records, the Wilcoxon test was used to establish the validity of our hypotheses. Achieving significance values less than 0.05, concluding the validity of the initially proposed hypothesis. In this way, a 96.28% reduction in the accident rate and a 93.64% reduction in the accident frequency rate was recorded. 12:36pm - 12:44pm
Intelligent logistics route optimization: Impact of Dijkstra's algorithm on operational efficiency Universidad Privada del Norte - (PE), Perú Efficient route planning is key in logistics to reduce costs and improve operational capacity. This study evaluates the impact of Dijkstra’s Algorithm on logistics route optimization through a pre-post experimental design with a quantitative approach, applied in an Integrated Optimal Route Planning System developed with the agile SCRUM methodology. 58 logistics processes were analyzed, measuring three key indicators: order delivery time, route planning and report generation, and Student’s t-test was used to assess statistical significance. The findings show significant improvements: reduction of delivery time by 22.94% (from 88.73 to 68.37 minutes), optimization of planning time by 97.2% (from 7684.8 to 217.07 seconds) and decrease of reporting time by 99.89% (from 6504.57 to 6.83 seconds). Statistical analysis confirmed that all improvements were statistically significant (p-value<0.001), validating the effectiveness of the algorithm in logistics optimization. It is concluded that the implementation of Dijkstra's Algorithm improves operational efficiency, optimizes real-time decision making, and has the potential to reduce logistics costs and minimize environmental impact. As future lines of research, its integration with artificial intelligence and machine learning is suggested to improve adaptability in dynamic environments. 12:44pm - 12:52pm
The relationship between functional strategic management and service quality in Montecristo Casona Hotel-Arequipa 1Universidad Nacional del Callao - (PE), Perú; 2Universidad Peruana de las Américas The objective of this research is to identify the correlation between functional strategic management and service quality at the Hotel Montecristo Casona Arequipa. The study carried out is based on an applied, descriptive and correlational research process. The selected sampling techniques are probabilistic sampling and strata sampling taken between the months of October to December 2023. The dimensions established for this research are: strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation and the analysis of the environment which has been related to the quality of service for Montecristo Casona hotel. The statistical technique for measuring the study variables was Spearman correlation because we worked with categorical data. Regarding the measurement of satisfaction, the Stanones test was used, establishing three categories: excellent, good and bad. Thus, we can conclude that there is a relevant correlation between functional strategy management and service quality at Montecristo Casona Hotel – Arequipa. 12:52pm - 1:00pm
Inventory Management Model to improve the efficiency of the warehouse area of a State Institution in Chepén, 2024 1Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú; 2Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú; 3Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú; 4Universidad César Vallejo - (PE), Perú The importance of the application of inventory management in a public entity in Chepén was demonstrated. The main objective was to improve the efficiency of the warehouse area through the design and application of the model where it incorporated practices aligned with the SDG “Decent Work and Economic Growth”. The study was applied, pre-experimental, with a quantitative approach and application level. The population was made up of the efficiency records for the year 2024 grouped into 8 weeks (from May to July and from August to September). The techniques used in collecting information were direct observation, documentary analysis and review of historical data. The study began with the collection of data on the output of products in the area, with that information the ABC analysis was carried out, subsequently with category A forecasts were made using the Minitab software and the optimal order quantity was determined. 5S facilitated the classification of materials, contributing to order, cleanliness, standardization and culture; In addition, an automated Kardex proposal was developed. In conclusion, the model increased efficiency by 50%, the student's T test validated the hypothesis, obtaining a significance level of 0.000. 1:00pm - 1:08pm
